Return Policy


After purchasing an event registration for a CDHA event, refunds are not provided.  A substitute attendee may attend in your place if you need to cancel.

Please check the refund policy with the Components for any Component events.


Memberships are for a calendar year based on the day you join whether you pay in full or quarterly. New Members have 60 days to cancel and refund their membership order with a 5% cancelation fee.

Renewing members do not receive cancelation or refunds for any renewing membership orders.  Members on the perpetual membership/auto-renew that wish to cancel their membership must do so prior to their renewal date by email ( or mail (1900 Point West Way, Suite 222 Sacramento, CA  95815).

Group Insurance:

Cancellations for group insurance coverage must be made by the last day of the calendar month.  Email or call 916-993-9102 to request the cancelation verification form.
