After purchasing an event registration for a CDHA event, refunds are not provide. a substitue attendee may attend in your place if you need to cancel.

New Members have 60 days to cancel and refund their membership order with a 5% cancelation fee.
Renewing members do not receive cancelation or refunds for any renewing memebrship orders. Members on the perpetual memebrship/auto-renew that wish to cancel their membership must do so prior to their renewal date by email (email@example.com) or mail (1900 Point West Way, Suite 222 Sacramento, CA 95815).
Cancellations for group insurance coverage must be made by the last day of the calendar month. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 916-993-9102 to request the cancelation verification form.
